Navi Terms of Service

Effective date: 7 September 2026 · Version 1.2

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Navi is a mobile app provided by Ovika Labs Ltd ("Ovika", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales (no. 17119956), registered office 3 St. Thomas Court, Bexley, DA5 1AU. These terms are the agreement between you and Ovika for your use of Navi. By creating an account you agree to them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of this agreement.

2. What Navi is

Navi is a home-admin app: it helps you keep on top of the things your household runs on — policies and renewals, your vehicles and home, documents, and the bills and subscriptions behind them. It works from what it can see — the information you give it, connect to it, or ask it to look up — honestly and to the best of its ability, and it is always explicit about what it cannot see. It is informational only.

Navi is not advice. Navi does not provide financial, investment, insurance, tax, credit, debt or any other advice or recommendations; it does not assess whether any product, cover or arrangement is adequate or suitable for you; and it makes no guarantees about anything it displays. Nothing in Navi is a substitute for checking directly with your bank, insurer or other provider before making a decision.

Navi never moves money. Navi cannot initiate payments and has no access to move, hold or control your money.

3. Bank connections — Finexer

Account information services in Navi will be provided by Ovika acting as an agent of Finexer Ltd, which is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an account information service provider. Ovika Labs Ltd is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as an agent of Finexer Ltd: Ovika Labs Ltd, reference number 1061617; Finexer Ltd, firm reference number 925695. You can check both on the FCA register. When you connect a bank account:

Finexer's terms apply to you. In respect of the account information service, sections 1–4, 6, 7 and 8 of Finexer's end-customer terms are incorporated into this agreement and apply to you as if you were a direct customer of Finexer, and in respect of the other sections of Finexer's terms this agreement operates on similar terms. If there is any conflict between this agreement and the incorporated Finexer sections in respect of the account information service, the Finexer sections prevail.

4. Who can use Navi

You must be at least 18 and a UK resident, using Navi for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Bank connections are available for UK bank accounts only.

5. Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly at support@ovika.net if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account until you do.

6. Data from public registers and documents

Navi can look up items you add against public or official records (for example DVSA vehicle and MOT records, or council tax band information), and can read documents you choose to send it. This data comes from third parties: it may be incomplete, delayed or wrong at source. Navi shows what the source shows, labelled with where it came from — verify anything important with the source itself.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: use Navi for anything unlawful; attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access; probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; connect accounts that are not yours to connect; or resell or commercially exploit the service.

8. Your content

Documents and information you add to Navi remain yours. You give us the limited licence needed to process them solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Our content

The Navi app, its design, software and branding belong to Ovika Labs Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices for as long as these terms are in force.

10. The service will evolve

Navi is a young product and will change. We may add, modify or remove features, and may suspend the service where needed for maintenance, security or legal reasons. If we make a change that significantly reduces what Navi does for you, we will tell you in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Price

Navi is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce charges for any part of the service, we will tell you clearly in advance, and nothing will become chargeable without your agreement.

12. Our responsibility to you

We provide Navi with reasonable care and skill. Where we fail in that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss we cause — but we are not responsible for:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time: disconnect any bank in the app, or delete your account — deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law or by Finexer, or if we withdraw the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice where we can, and your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and the law evolve. We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect. If you do not agree to a change, stop using Navi and delete your account before the change takes effect.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at support@ovika.net and we will look into it. Complaints that concern the account information service may also be raised with Finexer Ltd as the authorised provider, and you may be entitled to refer such a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.

16. App stores

Navi will be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, make no warranties in relation to Navi, and have no responsibility for the app or its support; where their own terms require, they may rely on this agreement as a third-party beneficiary.

17. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it to a successor of our business on notice, provided your rights are not reduced.
